Join Bin 104 for a three evening course exploring the wines of Italy:
- Evening 1: An overview of the peninsula with islands thrown in for good measure.
- Evening 2: Will find us in the foggy Northwest exploring the wines of the Piedmont.
- Evening 3: We will dash through the Veneto for a sip of Amarone and then on down to Tuscany.
We will follow well-known wine routes and less travelled paths. Along the way, we will offer you both cultural and geographical facts which are often ignored. For example, did you know that Italy makes more white wine than red. So obviously we will serve some dazzling whites along with those famous reds.
We will use a combination of educational techniques to keep you entertained and engaged. Tastings will be the standard semi-formal sit down and very informal walk about.
