A classic blend from the region, the fruit for this 2018 was sourced from low-yielding, old vines on the Rolf Binder estate. Layers of peppery Shiraz with deep, savoury spice and soft tannins from century-old Mataro, along with the juicy red berries and confectionary notes of low yielding, old vine Grenache are uncovered with each mouthful. Masterfully blended, they create a complex, elegant wine that develops, both on the palate and time in the bottle.
