The Rolet Rosé Crémant du Jura is crafted by the esteemed Domaine Rolet, one of the largest family-owned wineries in the Jura region of France. This sparkling wine utilizes a blend of grape varietals typical to the region, including Poulsard, Trousseau, and Pinot Noir. Reflecting the unique terroir of Jura, characterized by limestone and marl soils, the wine achieves a balance of minerality and fruitiness. The wine undergoes traditional méthode champenoise, with a secondary fermentation in bottle, and an aging process on lees which contributes to its complexity and finesse. It’s celebrated for its versatility, offering a refreshing and distinctive choice among sparkling wines.
